At Chazna, operated by HUGSYWUGSY LTD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., intimate apparel) may be non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@chazna.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

  • If you received a free shipping promotion, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
